Shipping Policy
 

  1. We do our best to estimate delivery dates for your purchase. The estimated date of delivery of your purchase is determined by the shipping company.  All orders of 10 or fewer books will be delivered within five days of order. Larger orders (10+) may require additional time for delivery.

  2. When you complete your order on Hartwellx3.com, we update you on the status of your order by email.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you' are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 5 calendar days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping fees are not refunded.
 

Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
